"The Original Vine Line©"
A plastic template for marking VINES,
SCALLOPS & SWAGS on borders

The model shows just a few things you can do with this versatile tool... and it's as simple as simple can be. Just fold your border fabric, place one of the lines on the "Vine Line" on the fold line... mark the top of the curve, FLIP the "Vine Line" and mark the downward curve. Repeat these steps over the length of the border.

Terry Clothier Thompson designed this tool to make the task of laying down vines on borders quicker and easier, taking out the guesswork. You may choose a shallow vine, as shown in the “Star and Tulip” quilt, a medium or deep vine.

“The Vine Line” accommodates miniature quilts to large quilts. The tool is made of sturdy acrylic, with a hole drilled to hang on a pegboard. “The Vine Line”© will make single or double vines, and will accommodate an appliquérs border/vine needs.
